1, TPU charging pile cable: TPU has good tension, tensile strength and aging resistance, and is a relatively mature environmentally friendly material. Its wear resistance and strength are better than TPE, but the feel is not as good as TPE. with the increase in hardness, the product can still maintain good elasticity, processing performance and mechanical properties are better.
2, TPE charging pile cable: TPE is the abbreviation of thermoplastic spring body, it is both plastic plasticity and rubber elasticity of special materials, environmental protection, non-toxic, safe, and has good elasticity, more soft, so it is also a common material for cable sheathing.
3, PVC charging pile cable: temperature resistance requirements in 105 ℃ and below the cable insulation and protection materials are usually PVC, PVC is cheaper, and has the advantages of soft, easy processing molding, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, etc., but the burning will produce black smoke.
